Ingredients: 5 Medium egg; 4 tbsp Milk; 3 Spring onion sliced; 1/2 block Soft goats cheese crumbled; 100 g Baby spinach; Salt; Pepper

So easy to make in the air fryer and even tastier warmed up the next day for lunch! 👌 You’ll need a silicone dish for this recipe, along with a paper liner (optional).

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Place your spinach in a colander, over a saucepan and pour boiling water over the spinach. Leave to wilt for 5 minutes then drain out as much of the water from the spinach as possible. Set to one side.
