Melt the 200g chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over a low heat or in the microwave. Stir until smooth, then set aside to cool slightly.
If you prefer a softer, fudgier centre, cook for around 40 minutes. For a firmer brownie, go up to 45 minutes. Once baked, leave them to cool completely before slicing for neat squares (if you can wait that long!). Alternatively, pour the mixture into a lined, air fryer-friendly tray or silicone mould that fits inside your drawer.
