Super Easy Cinnamon Buns 🤩

These are hands down the easiest cinnamon buns you’ll ever make. Using just two ingredients for the dough – self-raising flour and Greek yoghurt – you can whip these up in no time. Sweet, soft and swirled with buttery cinnamon sugar, they’re the perfect quick bake when a craving strikes.

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the self-raising flour with the Greek yoghurt until just combined into a dough. Don’t overmix.

6 tbsp Self-raising flour

4 tbsp Greek yoghurt

Step 2

Roll the dough out into a rectangle about 1cm thick. Spread with butter, then sprinkle evenly with sugar and cinnamon.

20 g Butter

2 tbsp Caster sugar

1 tbsp Ground cinnamon

Step 3

Roll up tightly from one edge to form a log. Slice into 8 even portions.

Step 4

Transfer the slices to your air fryer drawer. Air fry at 190ºC for 12 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Step 5

Mix the icing sugar with just enough water to make a smooth drizzle. Once the buns have cooled slightly, drizzle with icing and serve.
