Steak Bakes (using leftover stew!) 😋

If you’ve got leftover beef stew, this is such a good way to use it up! These little steak bakes are golden, flaky and full of rich flavour – they taste like something straight from the bakery. I use my CRIMPiT to make them super quick and neat, but you can also seal the edges with a fork if you don’t have one.

These are ideal for meal prep. Let them cool completely, then store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 170°C for 5–6 minutes to get that pastry crisp again.
