Easy Bread Rolls (No-Knead!) 🥖

These air fryer bread rolls are insanely good and unbelievably easy to make. Inspired by the brilliant Juliet Sear, this recipe proves you don’t need kneading (or hours in the kitchen) to create beautifully crusty, soft rolls at home. The dough does all the hard work while it rests, and they cook in just 15 minutes in the air fryer.

Notes

The dough is very sticky, so don’t be shy with the flour when shaping – it makes handling much easier and helps create that lovely rustic finish. To reheat over the next few days, pop the rolls back into the air fryer at 190°C for 5 minutes until warmed through.
