Crispy Beef Kebab Skewers 👌

These crispy beef kebab skewers have been all over social media, so I had to see if they were worth the hype… and they absolutely are! Crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside, and packed with flavour.

Notes

Tip: Make sure you squeeze as much moisture as possible from the minced red pepper before mixing it into the beef. This helps the skewers hold together and crisp up beautifully.

Don’t throw away the tortilla offcuts. Toss them with a little oil and either sugar and cinnamon for a sweet snack, or mixed herbs for a savoury version. Pop them into the air fryer with a rack on top (to stop them blowing around) and cook at 180°C for around 5 minutes, keeping a close eye on them as they can brown quickly.
