Ingredients: 50 g Chorizo ring, finely chopped; 6 Baby or salad potatoes; Olive oil, to drizzle; 50 g Sour cream; 10 g Chives, chopped; Salt & pepper

I tried these at the Ninja Kitchen pop-up DoubleStack restaurant and they were so tasty I had to give them a go at home. They're quite time consuming to make but well worth it! The steps are based on using the Ninja DoubleStack air fryer but if you don't have this model, tweak the steps based on your model!

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Place your salad potatoes in a pan with cold water and a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil and simmer for 12 minutes until just soft when a knife is inserted. Drain well until dry.
