Sautéed Potatoes 🥔

These air-fried sautéed potatoes are golden, crispy and completely addictive. Perfect as a side dish, or even as a snack with dips, they’re quick to prep and endlessly versatile – just switch up the seasoning to suit your mood.

Step 1

Slice the potatoes thinly, then rinse in cold water to remove excess starch. Pat dry thoroughly with a clean J-cloth or kitchen roll.

Notes

Rinsing and drying the potatoes really well is the key to crispiness. Peri-peri is one of my favourite flavours, but you can use paprika, garlic salt or even curry powder for a tasty twist.
