Method
Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Place the flour into a large bowl, add the eggs and whisk until you have a smooth consistency.
Step 2
Gradually whisk in the milk until fully combined, set to one side.
Step 3
Add 6 individual Yorkshire pudding tins into your air fryer with a drop of sunflower oil in each one (just over a teaspoon in each). Heat on 220ºC for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Once the 5 minutes is up, remove the drawers from the air fryer and split the pudding mix evenly between the 6 dishes.
Step 5
Put straight back in the air fryer and air fry for 15 minutes at 190ºC - Don’t open the drawer during this time as they won’t rise!!
Step 6
