Slow Cooker Broccoli & Stilton Soup 🥦✨

It’s that time of year for a nice warming soup! I love being able to throw everything in the slow cooker in the morning and finish it off at lunch - so easy (and VERY tasty) 🙌

Notes

This makes quite a big batch so I tend to freeze a few portions. Once cooled, add single portions to sealable freezer bags and lay flat in the freezer. The bags defrost in a couple of hours so if you’re in the mood for some soup, get one out of the freezer in the morning and it’ll be ready a couple of hours later!
