Cinnamon Donuts 🍩

These cinnamon donuts are so easy to make and the perfect fix when you’re craving something sweet! With just two ingredients for the dough and a 10-minute cook time, they’re light, fluffy and absolutely delicious – especially fresh from the air fryer and rolled in buttery cinnamon sugar.

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a bowl, mix together the self-raising flour and Greek yoghurt until it forms a smooth dough.

120 g Self-raising flour

120 g Greek yoghurt

Step 2

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, roll each one into a ball (or donut shape if you prefer), and place into your air fryer drawer.

Step 3

Air fry at 180ºC for 10 minutes, shaking halfway so they don’t stick.

Step 4

Meanwhile, melt the butter in the microwave and mix the sugar with the cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

50 g Butter

60 g Caster sugar

1 tsp Ground cinnamon

Step 5

Once cooked, roll each donut in the melted butter, then straight into the cinnamon sugar mix until evenly coated.

Step 6

Serve warm and enjoy – they’re seriously hard to resist!

Notes

You can make these into mini ring donuts by poking a hole in the centre before cooking. Or, serve them warm with a pot of melted chocolate or Biscoff spread for dipping.
